Peptide Warehouse
Canadian domestic vendor with free shipping over CAD $100. Its certificates name PRISM Analytical Laboratories, which PeptideGuide could not verify (printed verify address belongs to an unrelated company; lab domain registered 2026-09-08; no street address or accreditation) and which fail internal checks (the GHK-Cu certificate carries BPC-157's molecular weight, the Epithalon certificate reports PT-141), so they are not credited and an open high-severity incident is on record.

Certificate provenance and integrity
All 23 product certificates on peptidewarehouse.ca are "PRISM Analytical Laboratories" reports for client "Peptide Warehouse Ltd." claiming HPLC-MS/MS, net content, ICP-MS heavy metals and LAL endotoxin. The laboratory cannot be verified: the verification address printed on every certificate, prismlab.com/verify, returns 404 and prismlab.com belongs to a digital dental-manufacturing company; the contact domain prismlabs.ca was registered on 2026-09-08, one day before the earliest issue date printed on the certificates (CJC-1295 DAC, report 2SSURU, 9 September 2026), and its site gives an email address and "Mississauga, Ontario" but no street address or accreditation. The certificates fail internal checks: the GHK-Cu certificate (report HHG6QV) prints an observed molecular weight of 1419.5 Da, which is BPC-157's, while the same lab's GLOW certificate prints 401.9 Da for GHK-Cu; the Epithalon certificate (D2GWYY) labels its result "PT-141"; the N-Acetyl-Semax-Amidate certificate (LDACJE) reports "N-Acetyl Selank Amidate"; different compounds share lot numbers (9177G on the CJC-1295, ipamorelin and CJC-1295/ipamorelin certificates, 2323H on DSIP and TB-500, 6522E on NAD+ and Melanotan 2); and all 23 PDFs were generated with jsPDF on 16–17 October 2026, after the issue dates printed on them (9 September to 9 October 2026). Re-checked 2026-10-31: the cited certificates are byte-identical to the copies downloaded on 2026-10-30.
